Job Description

Principal Accountabilities



Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory or channels (retail, wholesale, HORECA).

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits, product education, and support.

Promote and sell the company's beverage products

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.

Execute marketing and promotional campaigns at the ground level.

Ensure timely delivery and proper merchandising of products at point-of-sale.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers as per company guidelines.

Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments.

Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.

Proficient in MS Office and sales software (e.g., CRM systems).

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
