Job Description
What to expect:
Hunt & Close: Identify, approach, and convert new clients in the shipping and freight forwarding space
Account Management: Build long-term relationships with importers, exporters, and freight partners
Solution Selling: Understand client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions (FCL, LCL, air, cross-trade, etc.)
Base Salary: AED 5000 - AED 6000 per month (based on experience)
Commission: performance-based structure
We are looking for
4-5 years of proven sales experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics
Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC trade lanes, port operations, and carrier networks
Existing client base or network in import/export, retail, FMCG, or industrial sectors is a big plus
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a bonus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
