Yacht Booking Executive

in Dubai to manage inbound booking inquiries and ensure smooth coordination with our yacht partners.

Job Summary:

This role focuses on handling inbound leads and bookings related to yacht rentals. You'll manage customer inquiries received through our website, WhatsApp, and calls--providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. You'll also coordinate with yacht operators to confirm availability, share offers, and finalize bookings, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all inbound yacht rental inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Provide quick and professional responses to customer questions and requests. Coordinate with yacht operators to confirm availability, rates, and booking details. Maintain updated listings, pricing, and partner information on the platform. Ensure seamless communication between customers and partners until booking confirmation. Track and report on booking performance and conversion trends. Support the sales team in maintaining and growing yacht partner relationships.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in customer service, reservations, or booking coordination (preferably in the hospitality, travel, or yacht industry). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple booking requests efficiently. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Google Workspace. UAE driving license preferred.
