About the Role

We are seeking a

competitive, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

Polymer, PET, and Plastic Raw Materials

industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our business network, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales growth targets in both local and international markets.

This position requires a professional with strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in polymers, masterbatches, and plastic raw materials. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver professional presentations on company products and services. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Report directly to the Sales Manager / General Manager with regular updates and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience

in the Polymer, PET, or Plastic Raw Materials industry. Strong understanding of polymer products, trading processes, and industrial raw materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision. Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus). Valid

UAE Driving License

is mandatory.
