About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Sales Executive

with a strong background in

Vacation

holiday homes and real estate

, particularly within the

Sharjah market (experience in the Sharjah market is mandatory)

. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in property sales, leasing, and client relationship management, with a passion for the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell holiday homes and real estate properties in the Sharjah market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and agents. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Sales Executive

in

Vacaction

/

holiday homes or real estate

within the

Sharjah/UAE market

. Strong knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
