Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to all inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV/IT products or services to meet their needs.
Identify and qualify potential sales leads through proactive engagement, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, communications, and transactions within the CRM system.
Stay up to date with company offerings, AV/IT industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to position products effectively.
Manage product catalogs, pricing updates, and relationships with suppliers and channel partners.
Oversee end-to-end coordination of project or product deliveries to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
Engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive incremental sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the
Audio-Visual (AV)
or
Information Technology (IT)
sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
