Job Purpose:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in the interior materials sector. This role involves leading the sales team, developing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and technical expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in

interior materials sales

(wall coverings, paints, coatings, or decorative finishes preferred). Strong understanding of

interior fit-out processes and materials

. Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
