Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
with proven experience in acquiringAMC contracts
,renovation projects
andbuilding maintenance work
. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, local market knowledge and the ability to close deals independently.Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Present and demonstrate products or services to clients effectively. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
