We are seeking a dynamic and proactive
Sales Executive
to join our Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by bringing in cleaning, maintenance, and related service contracts to the company.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for cleaning, maintenance, and facility management services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, and corporate clients. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote company services. Prepare and negotiate quotations and proposals to close sales deals. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within technical services, facility management, or cleaning & maintenance sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop new business and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
