Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential property owners to list their units for short-term rentals.
Conduct meetings and property viewings with owners and investors.
Negotiate terms and close agreements with property owners.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the holiday homes sector.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in Real Estate or Holiday Homes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
