Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Event Sales Executive to expand our event business and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves winning deals, achieving targets, and growing professionally.

We need a Sales Champion for our event division! If you thrive on targets and closing deals -- this role is for you.

Key Role Objectives:

Performance-driven role with incentives tied to successful deal closures.

Must be able to show clear evidence of past performance (targets achieved, awards, or KPIs).

Must have worked with

monthly and quarterly sales targets

and consistently achieved them.

Generate and follow up on qualified leads.

Conduct client meetings, understand requirements & present proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.

Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth event execution.

Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday -- 6 hours per day

Expected to perform all lead follow-ups, client calls, and meetings within this time frame.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
