Responsible for the achievement of sales targets in terms of Inbound revenue and profitability ratios are consistently achieved.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
-Generate high value customer leads
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Aggressive in meeting new/existing clients, maintaining relationships that will lead to closing business deals/long terms contracts and increasing the client base.
- Maintain a daily record of sales activities and calendar appointments
- Responsible for preparation of sales presentations, proposals/agreements, quotations until the delivery of invoice and receipt of payment
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Responsible for full coordination and accountability of sales cycle from client acquisition to operations coordination to payment receipt.
- Handling customer complaints i.e. log, investigate and resolve any customer dissatisfaction or problems.
- Monitors customer satisfaction based on the solutions delivered to determine the extent of customer satisfaction and identify steps for improvement in quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports aiding the smooth functioning of the business cycle from Sales, Operations, and Finance functions.
-Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Starting pay is negotiable subject to candidates experience
