Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
with proven experience in acquiringAMC contracts
,renovation projects
andbuilding maintenance work
. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, local market knowledge and the ability to close deals independently.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach
new potential clients
through calls, visits, referrals, and networking. Promote and sell the company's products or services toexisting and prospective customers
. Prepare and deliversales presentations and product demonstrations
. Negotiate and close deals to achievemonthly and quarterly sales targets
. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending proposals.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
