Generate new sales leads for FCL and SOC operations in assigned regions (e.g., Middle East, India, China, Turkey, Africa and many more).
Develop and expand customer base among freight forwarders, traders, consolidators, and logistics companies.
Promote company's NVOCC services, including import/export, cross-trade, and slot exchanges.
Achieve monthly and quarterly volume/revenue targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong and lasting relationships with key clients and agents.
Coordinate with overseas agents and principals for rate negotiations and space confirmations.
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction.
3. Pricing & Negotiation
Negotiate freight rates, surcharges, and slot allocation with customers.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to finalize quotations and bookings.
Analyze competitor rates and provide market intelligence to management.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition and identify new trade opportunities.
Provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with trade managers to develop new services and optimize routes.
Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in NVOCC / Shipping Line / Freight Forwarding sales.
Strong understanding of containerized shipping operations and trade routes.
Skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong customer relationship management and presentation ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
