We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Sales Executive

to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering our products/services to meet those needs.

Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone or other communication channels. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and requirements of potential customers. Tailor product offerings based on customer preferences. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers through active listening and communication. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Actively follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure potential clients feel valued and informed about our offerings. Record accurate and detailed information about customer interactions, inquiries, and preferences in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Nurture leads through regular follow-up calls or emails to maintain engagement and guide them through the sales process. Facilitate the closing of sales by addressing any remaining concerns and securing commitment. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements and skills

Should be Graduate. Proven experience as sales role. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Proficiency in English is a must. Strong verbal and written communication skill. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and sales skills. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
