We are looking for energetic and persuasive
Sales Executive
to join our sales team. You'll play a key role in converting inbound and follow-up leads into successful policy sales.Responsibilities
Call prospective and existing clients to explain insurance quotations and coverage options. Follow up on leads generated through the Covermatch website, CRM, and marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Maintain accurate client records, follow-up schedules, and sales updates in the CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain professionalism in every interaction.
Requirements
S
ales experience of 2-3 years experience
in any industry is preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills inEnglish
Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections effectively. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets. Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems.What We Offer
