We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our Interior & Joinery Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business in joinery division, managing client relationships, and driving sales within the joinery and woodworking industry. You will collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients while achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

:

Business Development

: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the joinery and woodworking sector.

Sales Strategy

: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the joinery market.

Client Relationships

: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering tailored joinery solutions.

Product Knowledge

: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the joinery industry to offer informed recommendations to clients.

Sales Targets

: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiation & Closing

: Lead negotiations, create quotes, and close sales effectively to ensure profitability.

Market Research

: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

Project Collaboration

: Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled efficiently and meet quality standards.

Reporting

: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management. Competitive salary based on experience.
