Job Description

-Manage and respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels

promptly and professionally.

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions to meet

those needs.

- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling,

networking, and referrals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall

growth of the business.

- Keep accurate records of sales interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

- Stay informed about the company's products or services, as well as industry trends,

market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to effectively position

products and address customer needs.

- Manage Product catalog, pricing, and supplier/partner relationships.

- Oversee end-to-end commencement of project/product deliveries.

- Build relationships with existing customers to drive incremental sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
