Job Description

Identify potential students through various channels Counsel students and professionals on available courses, fees, and career benefits. Follow up with leads to convert them into enrollments. Build partnerships with corporates for bulk training programs. Maintain strong relationships with existing students to encourage referrals. Promote courses and increase brand awareness. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Upsell and cross-sell relevant courses to maximize revenue. Negotiate and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and revenue. Prepare reports on sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement. Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery. Address student concerns and queries professionally. Assist students with enrollment formalities and payment processes. Ensure a positive experience that encourages word-of-mouth referrals.
