We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales & Business Development Executive
with experience in the
healthcare sector
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
Hindi
, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and be familiar with healthcare business operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical services sector.
Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct field visits and meetings to generate leads and convert prospects into business deals.
Promote company services through direct sales, presentations, and networking.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business potential.
Prepare performance reports and track targets achieved.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and relationship management.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Fluent in Hindi
(English and Arabic proficiency are advantages).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the
healthcare industry
(UAE experience preferred).
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
AED 3,500 - 4,000 per month
