Black & Grey HR is hiring Sales Executives for a UAE-based trading company specializing in premium natural stones. The company sources granite, marble, and quartz directly from quarries and supplies both regional and international markets. We are looking for driven professionals with proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, strong networks in the construction industry, and the ability to grow business across UAE, GCC, and global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, wholesalers, architects, and international buyers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities locally and internationally.
- Deliver presentations and proposals for high-end projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, logistics, and client support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in natural stones, building materials, or construction-related products.
- Strong local market knowledge and established industry connections.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive growth in a scaling business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
