As a recognized leader in this niche industrial sector, the company delivers innovative equipment solutions tailored to the evolving needs of jewelry producers across the region. With a strong focus on quality, performance, and client service, they are now looking to expand their sales force by hiring a motivated and field-ready Sales Executive to drive growth in the GCC and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities to expand the customer network.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and support.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate machinery or solutions.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and prepare customized proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, logistics, after-sales) to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle post-sale interactions to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in machinery, equipment, or jewelry manufacturing sectors.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Preference for male candidates due to extensive field travel and on-site requirements.
- Technical sales exposure or familiarity with industrial machinery is advantageous.
- Experience in the MENA/GCC region is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
