We are looking for a friendly and confident person to join our team as a Sales Executive. Your main job will be to answer incoming calls and messages from customers, explain our services, and turn those inquiries into sales. If you enjoy talking to people and love closing deals, this role is for you!
What You Will Do:
Answer calls and messages from customers. Understand what they need and suggest the right service. Share prices and offers clearly. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings/sales. Keep a record of customer details and follow up when needed. Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Good communication in English (other languages (Fluent Urdu or Hindi) are a plus). Confidence in speaking with customers. Basic computer knowledge. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous sales or call center experience is helpful but not required -- training will be provided.
