. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of Bulk & Commodity product distribution, strong relationships in the
Retail and HORECA markets
, and the ability to identify new business opportunities across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day sales execution and support the van sales team.
Actively pursue and identify new B2B customers, outlets, and sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with
HORECA purchase managers, catering companies, food manufacturers, hotels, and large restaurants
.
Monitor market gaps, competitor activity, and recommend actions to increase sales.
Drive
range selling
of existing products to maximize value per customer.
Track large
tenders and purchasing patterns
in catering and institutional segments.
Ensure smooth product distribution, stock availability, and payment collections.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bakery, Dairy, Food or FMCG sales.
Proven track record of working with HORECA and retail channels.
Strong network with purchase managers in hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
Good market knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman.
Valid UAE Driving License (Manual preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Malayalam (Arabic is a plus).
