Job Description

Our Sales Executive in Dubai is responsible for driving revenue by generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals, with duties and qualifications often tailored to the specific industry. The role requires a strong understanding of the local market and excellent communication and negotiation skills. General responsibilities

Business development:

Identify and generate new leads through a variety of methods, including cold-calling, networking, field visits, and digital outreach.

Sales strategy:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Sales process management:

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal preparation to negotiation and after-sales support.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate sales records using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

Product knowledge:

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively explain features and benefits to potential clients.

Market research:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

Real Estate:

Market and sell residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the full sales process.

Digital Marketing:

Pitch digital solutions (SEO, branding, social media, etc.) to businesses and help onboard new clients.

Building Materials:

Assist customers in a showroom, build relationships with contractors, and offer supply solutions for construction projects.

Automotive:

Promote and sell vehicles to customers, manage the sales transaction, and potentially handle fleet or corporate sales.

Corporate Services:

Promote business setup, visa services, and trade licenses to corporate clients in free zones.
Key qualifications and skills

Experience:

Most employers seek candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales experience, though requirements vary by industry and seniority. UAE market experience is often a plus.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is commonly required, though some entry-level roles may only need a diploma.

Communication:
