Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and target potential clients across FMCG, food & beverage, Hospitals, Clinics, Hotels and industrial sectors.
Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitors, and product requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calling, networking, and referrals.
Prepare and implement territory-wise business development plans to increase market share.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
Visit clients regularly to understand their packaging requirements and provide customized solutions.
Ensure excellent after-sales support and resolve any client concerns promptly.
Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
Develop sales proposals and product presentations tailored to client needs.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend pricing or strategy adjustments.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client communications in our software.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
5. Market Expansion & Branding
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events to promote the company's products.
Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility in the packaging sector.
Suggest new product ideas based on client feedback and market trends.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience in sales of packaging materials or related industries (plastic, carton, corrugated, flexible, or labeling).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
2-5 years of proven sales experience.
Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi added advantage).
Valid UAE driving license.
