Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Meeting with potential and existing customers to present company products or services.
Explaining product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiating terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Coordinating with the marketing and customer support teams.
Submitting regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years of experience
in sales within the
building maintenance, facilities management, or renovation industry
in the UAE.
Proven track record of securing AMC and renovation contracts.
Valid UAE driving license
and
own car
(mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
Strong client relationship management and follow-up abilities.
