. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and engagement while also driving sales of car care services. Candidates with prior experience in automotive, customer service, or retail sales are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Customer Service:
Welcome and greet customers professionally at the reception.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Schedule car care service appointments and coordinate with the workshop team.
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized front desk environment.
Provide accurate service information and handle customer requests.
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell
car care packages and services
to walk-in and corporate clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service invoices.
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients to close sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Track sales activities, generate reports, and share feedback with management.
