Role Overview

We're looking for an ambitious and driven

Sales Executive

to help expand our global network of cinema partners and strengthen our content acquisition pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a passion for film, strong negotiation skills, and experience in sales, distribution, or media partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact new cinema chains, independent theatres, and distributors worldwide to expand Ceema Films' exhibition network. Negotiate and close deals with cinemas for the release of Ceema Films titles across international markets. Research and source new film titles from production companies and filmmakers for acquisition and distribution. Negotiate content licensing and distribution rights deals with producers and studios. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners. Prepare and manage sales reports, proposals, and follow-ups with partners. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth release coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in

sales

media partnerships

, or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Passion for international cinema and entertainment. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, French, Turkish, etc.) are a plus.

Location:

Dubai, UAE (Business Bay) or Remote.

Full-time or Part-time.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary + commission based on performance and deals closed.
