Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
with proven experience in acquiringAMC contracts
,renovation projects
andbuilding maintenance work
. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, local market knowledge and the ability to close deals independently.Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and convert leads for
AMC contracts
,renovation
, andmaintenance projects
. Meet clients (commercial, residential, property managers, facility owners) to present company services and proposals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure project execution meets client expectations.Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years of experience
in sales within thebuilding maintenance, facilities management, or renovation industry
in the UAE. Proven track record of securing AMC and renovation contracts.Valid UAE driving license
andown car
(mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently. Strong client relationship management and follow-up abilities.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
