Hang Out Tourism LLC, a leading inbound tourism company in Dubai, is looking for a motivated and experienced

Travel Desk Sales Executive

to join our team. The role is based at one of our partnered hotel travel desks and involves face-to-face guest interactions, promoting our tour packages, and closing sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and interact with hotel guests at the travel desk in a professional and friendly manner. Present and promote tour packages, city experiences, desert safaris, cruises, adventure tours, and other services. Handle guest inquiries and suggest suitable travel options based on guest preferences and needs. Convert walk-in and hotel guest inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain excellent product knowledge of all tours and services offered by Hang Out Tourism. Prepare daily sales reports and keep track of customer feedback and trends. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth tour arrangements and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with hotel staff to increase guest referrals and desk visibility. Follow up with guests post-tour for feedback and possible future bookings.

Requirements:

Proven experience

(minimum 1 year) in

travel/tourism sales or any other Sales

, preferably in a travel desk, DMC, or hotel-based setup or Customer Service.

Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills. Fluency in

English

is required; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a plus. Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or booking systems is a plus. Knowledge of UAE's top tourist attractions and activities preferred. Must have a valid UAE residence visa (or willing to transfer sponsorship).
