Roles and Responsibilities:-
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in assigned regions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust
Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies in various regional markets
Provide exceptional customer service and support, including post-sale follow-up
Regularly travel within assigned regions to meet clients, oversee service delivery, and gather market insights
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve service offerings
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales (any industry)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Based in Dubai with readiness to travel regionally as required.
Fluency in English and Hindi is a plus.
Experience in machinery or jewelry manufacturing equipment sales is an advantage.
Technical aptitude or background is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Male candidates preferred.
