Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Executive
to join our car rental team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Hotel, Concierge Services or Hospitality Industry, with strong skills in customer relations, reservation handling, and sales conversion.Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and reservations professionally via phone, email, and walk-ins. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers. Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure seamless bookings and vehicle availability. Promote company services to potential clients to achieve monthly sales targets. Manage customer feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong aptitude for customer service and sales. Good knowledge of booking systems and CRM tools is an advantage. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
