JD- Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time Role

Job purpose:

? Drive Sales of products to retailers/wholesalers based on assigned route

? Sell both on cash & credit & ensure credit collections are done promptly

? Drive brand/product coverage to scale up availability

? Ensure credit collections are done within the agreed credit terms

? Build relationship within the Retailers to ensure focus happens to the overall range.

? Explain key features & benefits of key models

? Ensure POS & Stands have their planograms maintained

? Ensure competitor activates are noted & updated to respective Supervisors & Line manager

? Ensure brand offers, promotions & briefed to retailers/wholesalers to ensure off take happens

Qualifications:

? Minimum 2 years of Target & Coverage driven experience both retail & wholesale market

? Minimum 2 years of direct distribution experience with clear knowhow on route planning

? Experience in selling both on cash & credit

? Must have good negotiation skills

? Business development skills to add in new retailers/wholesalers to the route

? Must be extremely disciplined with high level of integrity

? Must have UAE driving license

? Must speak local language & English,

Education: High school or degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/11/2025
