OVO Luxury Signature is a Dubai-based House of Fashion dedicated to luxury women's wear and full brand-building services. We support designers and fashion entrepreneurs with design, sampling, production, branding, marketing, and distribution.
We are expanding our B2B sales team and seeking a
bilingual Sales Executive
who can manage client relationships, conduct professional phone sales, and drive business growth through effective communication in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound B2B sales calls with fashion boutiques, retailers, distributors, and fashion entrepreneurs across the region.
Manage the entire B2B sales cycle via phone and digital channels: from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, order processing, and after-sales follow-up.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, including boutique owners, retail buyers, and fashion business partners.
Communicate fluently in
both Arabic and English
to serve diverse client bases across the Middle East and international markets.
Update and maintain all client records, calls, interactions, and deals in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with Production, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
Share sales reports, call insights, and client feedback with management regularly.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience (luxury fashion, wholesale, retail, or high-end lifestyle industry preferred).
Fluent in both Arabic and English
(spoken and written) - this is mandatory.
Strong phone communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional telephone manner and ability to handle high-value B2B clients.
Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Must be based in Dubai (or willing to relocate).
