Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Provide detailed information about destinations, visa requirements, and travel options.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client preferences and budgets.
Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly sales targets.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and seasonal offers.
Attend travel fairs, networking events, and exhibitions to represent the company.
Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to confirm bookings.
Ensure accurate documentation and smooth communication with clients pre- and post-travel.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain client databases and sales reports.
Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience (1 year) in travel agency sales or tour operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of global destinations, especially popular holiday spots.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
