Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales / Marketing

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products or services to maximize business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and develop potential customers to generate sales opportunities. Promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or company systems. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales campaigns and promotions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of the industry and products/services is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
