The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new clients (holiday home guests, property owners, real estate agents, corporate clients) and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. The person will work to achieve sales targets, contribute to business growth, and represent Durrani Holiday Homes' brand professionally
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential guests and property owners through networking, cold calling, lead generation, partnerships, and referrals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high client satisfaction to encourage repeat bookings.
Deliver product/service presentations (e.g. different holiday homes, packages, pricing) to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and finalize deals, ensuring terms align with company policies. Collaborate with marketing to align promotional offers, campaigns, and pricing strategies to boost occupancy.
Follow up on leads, track sales pipeline, update CRM or tracking tools.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Attend trade shows, events, industry networking opportunities to promote Durrani Holiday Homes.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred).
1-3 years (or more) experience in sales in hospitality, real estate, travel/tourism or a related service industry in Dubai / UAE.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under target pressure and independently.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong customer focus, sales orientation, ability to close deals.
Good presentation skills.
Languages: English required; Arabic or other languages a plus. Valid UAE driving license an advantage
