Actively sell domestic and international Tour packages, Flights Tickets, Hotels and other travel services.
Understand client needs and provide customized travel solutions and itineraries.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and follow up on leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Stay updated with industry trends, destinations, airline policies, and visa requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and service providers for smooth bookings and client satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer data in CRM systems.
Participate in marketing activities such as travel expos, promotions, and online campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in travel sales or a related customer-facing sales role (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking platforms (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Valid Driving license - mandatory
for client visits and meetings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Fluency in English and Hindi / additional language skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons.
A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
