Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Present company services in a professional manner and build trust with clients.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service.
Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Record all client interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or client handling (experience in immigration or travel industry preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Confident in handling phone and in-person interactions with clients.
Proficient in operating computers and CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24 or similar).
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Fluent in
English and Hindi
(Arabic is an advantage).
