Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company products across the

Electrical, Household, Hardware & Kitchen Essentials categories to retail, wholesale, and modern trade customers.*
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients while actively identifying new business opportunities.*
Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and brand positioning.*
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring growth in both volume and value.*
Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.*
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and after-sales service.*
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.*
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to expand brand awareness.*

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Sales Representative / Sales Executive in

Electrical, Hardware, Household, or Kitchen Essentials sectors.*
Proven experience managing relationships with UAE retailers, including A-, B-, and C-tier supermarkets and hypermarkets. Strong knowledge of product categories, market trends, and customer segments.*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.*
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.*
Valid UAE driving license.*
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is preferred (if applicable).*
Fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi or Tamil (Arabic is a plus).*
