Riti Realty is a fast-growing real estate agency in Dubai with a proven record in property sales and leasing. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated

Sales Executive

to work across Dubai's most dynamic communities, offering clients exceptional property solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales of residential properties (apartments, villas, penthouses, waterfront units). Handle property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc. Conduct client meetings, property tours, and negotiations. Stay updated with market trends, rental rates, and community developments across Dubai. Prepare tenancy contracts and assist with property transfers in line with RERA requirements. Work with both company-provided leads and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and telesales.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months+ experience in residential real estate in Dubai. Strong knowledge of key Dubai communities and property types. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills. Familiarity with Dubai real estate portals and RERA compliance. Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused. UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: Up to AED120,000.00 per year
