Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the cosmetics and perfumes industry. The role involves managing store operations, building strong client relationships (local & international), achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and inventory management..

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Attend daily sales huddles/meetings to review targets, progress, and challenges. Provide quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize sales transactions with clients. Coordinate with customers for timely cash collection. Proactively identify and target potential private label clients and new market opportunities (local & export). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Logistics

Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels. Place orders for replenishment of Deira store stock as required. Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments for timely transportation and delivery of goods.

Team Support

Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed. Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the team.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor sales pipeline and track progress towards monthly and annual targets for both local and export markets. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in cosmetics, perfumes, or FMCG industry (mandatory). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience in handling both retail and export markets. Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
