Job Summary
:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the high-end hotel and luxury client sectors in Dubai. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented professional with a proven sales track record in the cleaning and janitorial industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the Dubai market and the needs of premium clients.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and target high-end hotels, luxury residences, and premium commercial clients in Dubai.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target client organizations.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor Daitona's comprehensive cleaning and janitorial solutions to meet specific client requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Conduct regular client visits and deliver compelling presentations showcasing Daitona's product range and service capabilities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of Daitona's solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Effectively utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast sales.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Daitona's extensive product portfolio, including cleaning equipment, chemicals, and janitorial supplies.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, demonstrating Daitona's industry leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in the cleaning and janitorial industry within the Dubai market.
Strong understanding of the Dubai hospitality sector and the specific needs of high-end clientele.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Bachelors degree required.
