We are currently seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for our childcare company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding our client base, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to families.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and establishing a relationship with potential clients. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of families seeking childcare services in the UAE. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as parents through effective communication and personalized interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and outreach strategies to effectively showcase our services. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with their childcare needs and expectations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication with clients Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within specified timelines. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the childcare industry or a related field. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and childcare providers. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
