Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the
facilities management and technical services
sector.
- Generate leads, conduct site visits, and present tailored service solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:

Mandatory UAE Driving License
(Preferred with Own Vehicle).
- Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in sales, preferably in facilities management, MEP, HVAC, or technical services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Arabic
