Sales Executive - Car Dealer Showroom (Brand New Cars)

to join our newly established car dealership showroom specializing in brand new cars. You will play a key role in promoting our vehicles, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring every customer enjoys a premium showroom experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the showroom and provide expert guidance on vehicle models, features, and financing options. Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle solutions. Conduct test drives and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Negotiate sales agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. Consistently meet and exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all car models, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings. Build and manage strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ensure the showroom is always maintained to a professional and presentable standard.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or equivalent qualification considered with strong experience. Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or related customer-facing roles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong sales drive with the ability to

achieve and exceed set targets

. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer service mindset. Commitment to building a

long-term career with the company

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage. UAE driving license is mandatory.
