Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Present and promote products/services to prospective customers through meetings, presentations, and proposals. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows (if required).

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience (preferably in Dubai/GCC). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in English is required (Arabic will be an advantage).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
