We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai's off-plan property sales, with proven experience in achieving targets and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell off-plan real estate projects in Dubai. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and key stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs. Handle property inquiries, conduct viewings, and provide professional advice to clients. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations, trends, and market conditions.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan experience is a must). Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure. Good knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA, and current market trends. Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). RERA certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
