We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record of achieving targets and goals within agreed timelines. The company will provide proper training and a workshop to approach target clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Identify and target potential clients in the safety inspection field. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company within the agreed timeline. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the safety inspection industry is an advantage. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
